Who I am

The bridge between your business and the world of automation

I'm Avshalom (Avi) Entes, born in New York, based in Tel Aviv. I'm an automation specialist, and I help small businesses in the US and Israel replace manual, repetitive work with systems that run on their own. Everything is done remotely.

Everyone has smart tools today. Almost nobody has an integrator. I'm the one who comes to you, asks the questions you didn't know to ask, finds where the lost time is hiding, and builds the connections and automations that make it disappear. You don't touch the technical side and you don't learn a single tool. That's what I'm for.

My background is in data and automation: building connections between systems, automating CRM processes, and AI-based workflows for a range of businesses. I also build websites, apps and full platforms with AI-assisted development, at a fraction of agency prices.

And before automation? I advised small and mid-sized businesses on cash flow management and business credit, and startups on fundraising. So when I look at your processes, I also see the numbers behind them: where money is lost, not just time.

What everyone asks before they start

How much does it cost to add automation or AI to a business?

We start with a short discovery call at no cost, where we map where the savings are biggest. Then the work is priced per project or as a monthly retainer, so the hours saved cover the investment. There is no one-size price: the proposal matches the amount of manual work in your business. Base prices are listed on this page.

Can I just hand you the manual work instead of hiring an assistant?

Yes. You can hand me the tasks you would give a personal assistant: filing invoices, answering emails, data entry, scheduling and follow-ups, and I do them. In parallel I automate the repetitive parts, so month by month the work shrinks and the cost drops, without hiring and managing an employee.

How do you automate invoice filing and data entry?

An invoice that arrives by email or WhatsApp is recognized automatically, the important fields are extracted, and it is filed and mapped to a spreadsheet or your accounting system, with no manual typing. Validation checks and alerts on missing items can be added.

Can AI manage and answer my emails?

Yes. We can set up a system that sorts your inbox, prepares reply drafts in your own style, summarizes requests and flags what is urgent. You approve before anything is sent, so you stay in control.

Is this a fit for a small business?

How long does it take to set up an automation?

A first, focused automation is usually live within a few days. Larger processes are built in stages, so you see value fast instead of waiting on a long project.

Does my business data stay safe?

Yes. Everything runs inside your own accounts and systems, with the minimum permissions the task needs, and sensitive data is never stored where it does not have to be. Everything is documented, so it is always clear what runs and why.

What happens if an automation breaks?

I build alerts that tell you when something fails, instead of it failing silently. If a fix is needed, I handle it. You also get a short explanation of how things work, so you are not dependent on anyone.

How secure is it to connect automation to my business systems?

The automations run inside your accounts and systems, with minimal permissions that you grant and approve. Sensitive data is not stored with a third party, and when an AI component is needed we can use open-source models on a private server, so no data leaves. Everything is logged, every exception raises an alert, and anything that goes out to a customer passes your human approval.
