The service

Ratz Levad gives small businesses tools for bookings, WhatsApp answers and reminders, payment reminders and related services, as well as websites and content. It is provided as is, and we keep improving it.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you enter and for having your customers' consent to be contacted on WhatsApp. Do not use the service for spam, deception or anything unlawful.

Payment

Prices are shown on the site. A trial, if offered, ends without an automatic charge unless you choose to continue. You can stop at any time.

Collection (Kavua)

When collection is on, money moves directly from the customer to the business's account through a licensed payment provider, never through us.

Liability

We work to keep the service running, but we are not liable for indirect damage, outages at third parties (such as WhatsApp or Google), or a message that was not delivered.
